Mr. Craig, the owner came out and talked to us about our kitchen project as well as flooring. The amount of time they spent blew away the competition. They were genuinely interested in the details and the project. During the entire time of the project we were made to feel that our investment in the project was secondary to the detail and perfection of the whole scope. I wish more companies had an old fashioned attitude like Renaissance, where the craft is still the most important part."

They did this while working multiple other clients sites also. Kevin was also able to help me mask some poor previous construction methods mainly walls that were not square by helping me choose a tile pattern that made this invisible to anyone who doesn’t know it’s there."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"Jacob and his crew at Krustch Renovation were stellar. They provided clear and consistent communication. He asked questions and offered input. His crew painted a full house interior with clean cut lines, and two coats, in four days. he then led a walkthrough and created a punch list to complete any areas needing extra paint. He patched walls and painted the trim. And finally, he painted the cabinets in the kitchen as well. He was kind and honest in his assessment of a quote and delivered a professional service for a fair price and good value."

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Jeff remodeled our kitchen. He installed a new sink, countertop, and backsplash within the time we had allowed for the project. Jeff has also installed a new bathroom floor in a day. One other big project that he completed for us was leveling the living room floor in an older farmhouse. That was a very big project and he finished on time."
