"I recently contacted Mr. Hartman about a window that my tenants had broken. I have not had to deal much with broken windows and I had not realized that the window could be repaired so easy. Mr. Hartman stopped by my property quickly to make an assessment, he determined the window was fine and did not need to be replaced. When I spoke with him on the phone he was was quick to let me know that it would be an easy repair and told me I could take the bottom sash to a local business to have it repaired and provided me with the contact information. I needed some additional repairs to the frame components and he gave me the easy instructions to perform the repair and pointed me in the right direction to to get the needed parts. While I did not end up hiring Mr. Hartman because he was able to guide me to an easy and more cost effective solution I would not hesitate to contact him in the future. It was a breath of fresh air to have a contractor who calls you back when you need information and doesn't ignore you because the job is too small.
