The two man crew ( Ebvin and Aroldo ) were the consumate pros. The gates in the PVC fence waited until last.. perfect fit and balance no scraping on the ground. Clean up was thorough and complete. FSBD provided a 3-D rendering of the project and then once we agreed upon size and color, they handles all the parperwork with both our HOA and the county. Contruction went without a hitch and at the end of every day, the crew cleaned up the worksite and made certain we knew was was planed for the new day. Upon completion, there was an issue with 2 of the boards not matching the exact color of the others. FSBD immediately contacted Timbertech and arranged for 2 new boards to be shipped which they installed the day after the replacements arrived. We also contracted for a front step handrail which matches our house perfectly and provides added safety to our home. Since then many of our neighbors have stopped by to see the deck and have also chosen FSBD to build decks for them. "The staff was polite and respectful but I had to manage parts of the job myself or steps would have been performed out of order (windows installed before repair work was to be done). The window company and Noonan did not communicate effectively with each other in a synchronized way which resulted in a delayed end to the job (nearly 2 months just to repair a wall and install windows) and multiple visits to correct and finish the work. Noonan worked hard to resolve the issues but in the end, the final details were still not up to my satisfaction (caulking around the door in particular). <br />"
