It worked perfectly and looks amazing in the kitchen. Mike removed all the old parts and new faucet packaging. He even gave me pointers on diy checking water pressure to make sure there is not too much pressure coming in. Also, reminded me to register my Delta faucet which I did shortly after. They were only too happy to help me secure my sump pump to the cellar wall. The final price was actually a bit under the estimate. Have to love that. Would definitely recommend. I was told it was the “best bang for the buck” and a reliable unit, but that has not been the case. When I raised concerns after installation, I was told nothing was wrong and was even accused of using unseasoned wood—which was not true. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they dismissed my concerns and refused to help. Now I am stuck with a unit that doesn't work. The lack of accountability and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I will not be doing business with them again."
