"Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and treated me like a valued customer. The Salesman, David, was thorough in explaining the product the company offers for my project. Bill coordinated the final measurements and the installation crew. I was not expecting the work to be done until early November. It was done October 21, 2020, weeks early. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen. I cannot be happier with the quality of the windows or the service provided by ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. They are worth every penny I paid and they look so natural. Our materials as well as the install happened quicker than we expected right before Christmas. If you are looking to get projects done this is the Go to Company. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
