"All Under One Roof gave me a quote and began work 2 weeks later. There were no extra charges or costs associated with the work performed. The estimated 3 day schedule was 2.5 days including clean-up. The team was completely professional! They came in on day 1 and laid out tarps and drop clothes to protect my windows, shrubs, and siding. They laid down wood under the dumpster not to damage my driveway which is sometimes forgotten by other contractors. The team completed the strip and new installation in the time estimated. They spent detailed time cleaning up and sweeping my yard for nails and debris with large magnets. I would highly recommend owner John Lanzafame and his team All Under One Roof! Excellent experience - the way it should be all the time! Thank You Joe"

"They did a great job repairing the asphalt shingles on our roof."

"Tar Star was a really great choice for us. They were so responsive to our needs in terms of timing, style and communications. Anthony kept us fully informed on price, issues that arose during the job and all aspects of the job. Finally they cleaned up our yard after a full roof replacement so much that there was not a single nail, shingle or debris of any kind. Unbelievable! I would strongly recommend Tar Star to anyone."

"I got an estimate very quickly on the repair and a general assessment of the state of the roof. Mr B's was only one of two roofing contractors that I called that would even do a repair, and Mr B's was the more prompt and better estimate. While very busy, he was able to fit me in sooner than originally estimated, and did a great job. I'm very happy and will call them again when more work is needed."

"Kitchen remodel 2024 4/15/2024- 5/21/2024 From our very first meeting, during the design process and through the construction to completion, every person we came into contact with from Benchmark and various subcontractors were professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Lee guided us step by step during the entire process of picking our cabinets, counters, flooring and the design of a custom cat area to accommodate a pet drinking fountain. Ian and his crew did an outstanding job installing the cabinets and the finish work. Any concerns we had were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. All subcontractors (floor, electric, plumbing, and counter tops) were excellent. Any concerns were addressed fully. When Lee and Ian say they want customers 100% satisfied, they mean it and it happens. Thank you Benchmark for our beautiful kitchen!"

"I recently had David from McKeage Industries handle a roof repair for my vacation home in Maine, and I could not be happier with the results. From the moment I reached out, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be done before starting any work. The quality of their craftsmanship was outstanding, and they finished the job on time without cutting corners. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Finding reliable contractors for a vacation home can be tough, but McKeage Industries made the entire process easy and stress free. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Maine looking for honest, dependable, and skilled roofing professionals."
