"Zack was an upfront professional contractor. He was knowledgeable in explaining the scope of work required for the installation. He and his staff took time to explain any reconfiguration in the layout that they were proposing and discussed the issue prior to it being installed. A job well done and I would highly recommend them."

"This is a very honest and trustworthy company. They did a fantastic job building a new patio and stone steps in 2 days! Angelo is very straight forward and provided a fair price and Alex and the workers are fast, hardworking, and did a beautiful job. Their material supplier has everything packaged and bundled up so you don't get a big mess dropped in your yard or driveway. After the project was completed the workers did a great job cleaning up. "Although I did not hire Greg it was due to the fact that Greg took the time to explain to me that I would be better off using a general contractor for the repairs which would be cheaper. He further explained that the stucco would look a little different from what I had now (which was not stucco). Greg was straight forward and courteous I would have hired them without hesitation if the job required."

"We had our stucco home repaired and painted. They also painted our shutters and repaired and sealed our steps. They also identified potential issues that could cause future water damage to the house. They are true specialists in stucco and home maintenance. The owner, Elio, is so professional. He and his workers are all incredibly courteous and nice to work with. They arrived whenever they said they would and got the job done beautifully. Also, their estimate was either competitive or lower than other estimates. I would DEFINITELY recommend this contractor."

"After I called, Jose came over to look at the deck the next day and gave his recommendations. He explained that after the power-washing, the deck need to be completely dried before sanding, so rainy days will push out the work. Paint should be applied when the deck is not excessively hot. My deck is exposed to the sun most of the day, so hot sunny days are also bad days for the last part of the job. I appreciate the information ahead of time, so I know what to expect. The job could not start for several weeks because of hurricane weather or days with strong sun. Once we have a stretch of good-weather days, Jose started the job and completed within days. He cleaned up the debris after every visit. The deck was in bad shape and it looks great now, hopefully for many years to come."

"My house was long overdue for a facelift. We had old wood shingles that needed to be replaced. We reached out to Garden State and Mark was our salesman. He was very helpful with giving us options between traditional vinyl siding and stucco. We opted for stucco with a stonework. We couldn't be happier with the whole process. The communication from the front office to the delivery of materials in a matter of days! The workers that put on the stone and stucco are true craftsman. The change from wood shingles to stucco and stone totally transformed our house. I would highly recommend Garden State to anyone looking for quality work!"
