I sent him pics of the two loose siding spots and he made an appointment with me for the next day (Sunday) at 12:30pm. He finished the repairs on not only the siding spots I identified, he fixed a 3rd issue that we did not even recognize! All repairs were complete in under an hour!! I would highly recommend Geno to anyone who needed repairs such as ours! Geno is Awesome!!!"

In addition, he re-shingled a damaged porch roof, taking care to match the unusual color of the surrounding roof. His estimates were firm and reasonable. "Mike was very professional and kept in touch with me via email regarding the delay in setting up a time to do the work -- weather was causing a back-up in his schedule of completing jobs.  Regarding the work, I'm no expert but can simply say he and his crew did the work as described in the estimate and it looks good.  They also noticed some issues that were not in the original estimate, but I knew of and had forgotten to ask him about (porch roof separating from main house, loose siding) -- he addressed these as well with not much of an additional charge.  I can just say he was easy to work with and communicate with, the work looks good, and the price was acceptable -- all good things in my book.
