"The owner, Andrew, consulted on the original design and provided a drawing based on the needs we discussed.  This was the only contact I had with him.  While the design seemed fine to me initially, I was trusting that being his profession Andrew would design the most efficient and accessible closet possible for our space and needs. Unfortunately, the delivered product fell far below my expectations.  Not only did the organization seem illogical, but it left me wondering if he had ever designed a closet before!  I am on the short side and my husband on the tall side, neither his suits or my dresses and pants cleared the ground when hung.  Further, as I was told occurred in other designs and installations, my shoes were never counted or measured to ensure proper shelving height, nor was our clothing measured to ensure our clothing would hang properly.  In my mind, this was a very simple project - nothing besides hanging racks and shelving - and it came out all wrong.  They did return to move some racks higher, but overall I still think the design is inefficient.  I would not recommend this company based on my experience.   <br /> The one positive I can speak of is that the company is relentless on contacting regarding sealing the deal, setting a time for installation and receiving payment. <br /> <br />"

When the 3.5 tons of storage was delivered to Chapel Hill, NC, and put in my garage and apartment, Sweeps sent two young men to help me move boxes, unpack, redistribute and on three occasions, bring many boxes of books to the local library. The young men also helped move some furniture in the apartment, replaced bulbs in overhead lights and performed some other small chores. The two young men were exceptionally helpful, punctual and pleasant to deal with. Sweeps management was also very concerned that everything went well. The hourly rate charged and total amount that I paid for assistance over several days was, in my opinion, fair to the men, to Sweeps management and to me. They came on different dates and stayed for half-days or full-days and helped me until my garage was cleared out, boxes removed and other items hauled away.
