"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They did a really nice job. I've had a lot of bathtubs refinished and their method is higher than the normal method so I don't know if it will last as long because they do use a different method for refinishing bathtubs. I spent approximately an additional $200. They were very quick about coming out to do the work. I would probably use them again but a normal bathtub refinish is $300 and their normal price is $600. I wouldn't do it without a coupon. They did a good job and it has a good warranty if it lasts."

"This is the second time we have used them to replace windows and doors. This is a great company with some really experienced couple of guys that just do windows. One of the gentlemen have been doing windows and doors since the 80’s. The windows are well insulated on both sides and each piece of trim is perfectly cut to fit the outside of each window and then caulked. Their work is excellent. Last year, I refered them to a friend and they replaced all the windows in her home. She loves the windows and loved the crew. I will keep referring them to as many people as I can because they are top notch in the business for quality, workmanship, price and just a really nice group of guys."

"I cannot thank the Tub Company enough for their work! We had rust around the overflow of our bathtub that leaked through and caused damage to our first floor ceiling. We were told by others that there was nothing that we could do except replace the tub and estimates were around $5000! Then, thankfully someone mentioned to look into getting the tub refinished instead. I called The Tub Company (Tubco, Inc) and the owner Lenny answered right away, was so pleasant to talk with and assured me that his crew could help us out. The next day, the serviceman Eli showed up, right on time, and was as pleasant as could be. After a few hours, the tub looks brand new, no sign of rust, and within a couple of days we will be able to use the tub again. I would not hesitate to recommend TheTub Company to anyone with a similar situation!

"Excellent! Dunn Home Improvement remodeled my dated kitchen and removed a wall. It was a project with many changes due to delays and discontinued products I selected. They were very patient and responsive with me when I was reworking my over all design. Their workmanship is exceptional and they are great a keeping the job area clean. Plus, they are prompt and responsive! Experts in all things construction!"

"There were both good things and bad things about replacing a shower with Signature. The design phase went very well. The designer was helpful in narrowing down ideas and providing feedback while still allowing me to make the final choice. It was for help with design that I initially chose to use Signature. I also knew I would pay a little more for that service. However, after all the initial choices were laid out, some things started to go wrong. First, during install, four holes were accidentally poked all the way through the wall into the connecting room. While the holes were repaired by spackling and sanding over, I was now faced with having to repaint at a minimum a whole wall and possibly an entire master bedroom since the previous home owner did not leave any matching paint. Also after installation was done, I found some unused grout had been dumped at the side of my house by the garage instead of being disposed of properly. The real problem happened several months after the install. The entire faucet apparatus became loose from the wall. I called Signature to report the problem and after a couple weeks they finally sent out the original installer to fix it. It was tightened for a while, but again came loose after a few months. I again reported the problem to Signature and my designer but this time they did not contact me to take care of the problem. I ended up having to pay money to have a regular plumber come and take a look at it. They quickly identified that part of the valve must have broken during installation and instead of having a proper fix when the wall was open, a cheap jerry-built solution was attempted to be used not only on the original install (possibly tried to glue with silicone) but on the first re-fix as well. The plumber even found a drywall anchor used as part of the incorrect fix attempt. Long story short is the design and materials are good, but beware that customer service after the sale is terrible and your might be responsible for paying more for someone else to come fix their mistakes. I understand things rarely go perfect, but if they had owned up to their mistakes and fixed them properly, I would have considered using them again, albeit with a different installer who does not take shortcuts."

"Chris and his crew did an excellent job on the two basement bedroom remodels that needed to be done at my parent's house. From the beginning, they gave a reasonable estimate of all costs and were very professional. Chris had wonderful communication skills and always got back to us about questions we had and scheduling in a timely manner. The tile guy did an excellent job with the floors. Paint job was great. Two craftsmen came on the date promised.  They treated our home with respect and did a great, no installation problems job.

We discovered on completion that we wanted to add another complete cabinet.  In the past companies have taken this opportunity of an add-on to price gouge.  Cabinet Clad gave us three choices priced each of them out and again did a great install. I knew we were dealing with exceptional people when I noticed that all our handles LINED UP-perfectly!  In most showrooms we visited many times they would be off just a little bit but when you looked at them you would really notice it.  Cabinet Clad had attention to detail that was so matter of fact it was amazing.

We have always felt that the true character of a company is most apparent after you have paid them and something comes up. We had a small problem with the trim in front of the dishwasher and Cabinet Clad came out to make sure it was just right in a timely manner and free of charge.

I wish other companies had the character, quality of workmanship and attention to detail that Cabinet Clad does. Yes there are a lot of companies that are cheaper and cut corners.  But at the end of the day, every time you walk into your kitchen you see it and know where the mistakes are. Plus those "fronts" are not constructed as well or made of the same high quality materials. We built our home and it will be passed on with pride in excellent condition.  The warmth and beauty in our kitchen is thanks to Cabinet Clad.  They really are that good.
