I called him for a suggestion on a product to repair the chips as I thought we could do the minor repair. He recommended a product that I could not locate. I called him to follow up and he failed to call back."

"Wow! Our home was built in 1972 and is a brick rancher. This company did an outstanding job. They replaced what bricks were damaged and redid the wall. They even treated it to a wash that made the bricks match the originals. No one else could have done such an excellent job as the mortar color was one that was discontinued 15 years ago. Eric searched and found someone who had the color and matched our home completely. Jose did the work and was timely, knowledgeable and personable. "Our Renaissance crew was skillful with tile, carpentry and painting. Two carpenters worked every day with an electrician and a plumber coming in to do their specific tasks. The carpenters arrived on time, worked diligently throughout the day and cleaned up. Throughout the 2 1/2 week job, the owner was in touch with us and most often on site every day. Therefore, our questions were answered promptly. The entire crew as well as the owner were pleasant to deal with throughout the project."

"Dealing with Frank's was a great experience from start to finish. This is a family owned and operated business for over 40 years. Frank took the time to show me around the plant and explained how the granite is cut and polished. Carmine was a pleasure to deal with, was very direct and honest, and had many good suggestions. Their installation team did the work on the date promised, were literally in and out in about 3 hours, and the work transformed my kitchen. The in-house measurements led to a perfect fit. They suggested that we build up my existing cabinetry about 1/2" to ensure ease of removal of my dishwasher in the future if needed. I was concerned about the color match - but it was perfect! My house was spotless when they left. I am a big fan of customer service, and you can do no better that Franks.
