"I had water leak in the attic around vent pipes. I sent out quote requests to replace flashing/boots around all pipes. Victor called back next day and came over following day. He immediately went on roof, took pictures and showed me and gave a reasonable estimate. After agreeing, he immediately did the job. I was so impressed with his professionalism that next week I asked him to check water leak at one of the windows. He took out few sidings and put flashing to avoid water getting behind siding from roof. I have not noticed any leaks since completion of these jobs. Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. "Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. "Very professional and a fair price! I received a straightforward Proposal estimate in a timely fashion. Ivan and his crew were on time, diligent, and they paid careful attention to detail. Cleanup was perfect. A problem was discovered with the type of nails that had been used previously on the plywood; these were replaced at no additional charge for time/labor. I was also able to keep my existing skylights because this crew had the expertise and was willing to spend the extra time and to secure the proper flashing. The team worked until dusk, and Ivan refused to be paid until he returned the following day to determine that not a single nail was left on my property. This company was a pleasure to work with."
