After contacting the provider, they offered to return to address the issues. However, based on the substandard quality of their initial work, I have no confidence that a second attempt would meet expectations. I also do not have the time or inclination to instruct them on how to properly perform a deep cleaning, something a professional service should know how to do. I paid $350.00 at the time of service, as requested, and subsequently requested a refund due to the poor performance. I was informed that Royal Cleaning Services does not offer refunds, which I find unacceptable given the circumstances. This experience has been extremely frustrating,"
