"I hired Alan to replace a badly deteriorated garage floor and to install a parking pad next to the garage off an alley. When he came to the site to give the estimate he also pointed out some failed mortar joints and significant stair-step cracking along the rear wall. In all, he and his crew repaired multiple sections of old mortar and replaced a rusty lintel; removed the old concrete garage floor; prepared the garage and exterior parking pad, removing dirt and a tree; formed up the new 18x18 garage floor and 20x20 parking pad, with a 4' apron; and poured the new concrete with appropriate finishes. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Alan and his crew were a delight to work with. He clearly communicated changes in plans to work around weather and set expectations on scheduling and how long it would be before the concrete would be ready to be parked on. The site was left clean and neat at the end of each day, and the substantial, unavoidable disruption of the alley was repaired at the end of each day to make it presentable and drivable. No damage was done to my property or neighboring properties. I expected the initial estimate to be significantly higher, yet Alan committed to it, and the only small changes were due to additional work I requested while they were there. I could not be happier with how this project came together, and Alan was a delight to work with. I have several other smaller projects planned over the next few years and hope I'll be able to use him for those, as well!"

"Chuck and his entire crew were very polite, professional, and respectful throughout the repair process and they displayed a top-notch work ethic. Almost a year has passed now since the repair work was completed on our home. We have been through one or two wicked nor'easters, and there has been zero leaking. It is true that Chuck is not the easiest to reach on the phone, but if you want a situation with your house fixed correctly, once and for all, then the persistence is well worth it."

"Got bids from 3 recommended contractors who had all done work for friends. Cisco Contracting assessed the problem well and gave a highly competitive price to replace the full ceiling, but suggested that could probably fix the area of apparent defect even cheaper and faster, Discovered that the 100 year old ceiling was nailed, not screwed, in, the joists were uneven, and the remaining ceiling was poorly secured, gaping several inched towards the center of the room. Previous repairs had added inches of plaster and many, many pounds of weight. Recommended strongly that entire ceiling be removed, and joists shimmed to parallel so that ceiling boards could be securely screwed to the joists. Only took one more (long) day. Final price keep to original quote to do the full ceiling (including shimming the joists), which was less than half of one of the other quotes. Great communication; showed us the problem as soon as discovered. Cleaned up well. We then hired them for several other larger projects."

"Mr. Worden called before he came out to confirm he was available to come out that day.  He called again to say he was nearby and would arrive soon.  When he arrived, he was very professional and courteous, answering my questions without hesitation.  He then measured the driveway and left.  Later that evening I received a quote via email for 3 different services (grading/gravel, tar & chip, and paving).  
Ultimately, we did not hire Mr. Worden because his price was not quite as competitive as another company.
