"The quality of work was outstanding. They were creative and they customize the home and the surrounding. They were very detail oriented, professional, timely, efficient, prompt, and they completed the job. It was worth every dime. The work they did on our house attracted my neighbor and hire them that same day."

"

The guys that showed up were great, very friendly, and ready to answer any questions I had.  They did their work quickly and cleaned up afterwards.  They also got me an extra discount on the repairs.

There were no high pressure sales pitch or scare tactics used.    There was no bait and switch or 'limited time offers'  to push the sale along.

The front office person I dealt with could have made more of an effort.  The day of my repairs, I was called and told the Credit Card Machine was not working, so I would have to pay by check, or my appointment would have to be changed to another day.  I was then called back after several minutes and told that a post-dated check would be acceptable if funds were not currently available.  I understand that the Credit Card System was being changed over, but there should have been some thought put into this before calling anyone.

The B for responsiveness is for the front office, not the workers.

"Our patio, with stairs and lighting, was completed by this TOP NOTCH company! From the moment we met Jason, we knew we were in good hands. They arrived on time and completed the job early. Jason is very professional, knowledgeable of all his products, and enjoys what he does for a living. When the job was completed, we never had to clean-up anything! We are a believer in supporting small businesses and we are so happy that we had EVERYTHING OUTDOORS give us a beautiful patio. Give them a call, I promise you wonâ t be sorry."

"Ivan and his crew were great! We had them clear out alot of our overgrown backyard and take down several medium and large trees. They were easy to communicate with, had very affordable pricing, and provided excellent, professional service. We will likely use them in the future and highly recommend them to others."
