"Nova Exteriors recently replaced our 43-year-old patio door, which was in terrible shape, with a ProVia Endure door. Nova's representative, Sam Osta, arrived on time, gave us a thorough explanation of why ProVia's Endure door would work well in our home, stayed as long as we had questions, and didn't try to upsell us on "bells and whistles" we didn't need. Nova's crew did an excellent job of installing the door, working efficiently and cleaning up when finished. Now that we've used the door many times since the installation, we can attest to its ease of use, especially the dead-bolt safety feature at the door's bottom that operates with an easy touch of a shoe. And it looks beautiful as well. We highly recommend Sam Osta and Nova Exteriors for patio door replacement."

"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

"I had two old sliding glass doors where the wood around the glass was rotting. The needed to be replaced. I went to the Germantown Home Show and got three companies to come out and do an estimate. Presidential was easily the best choice of the three. The doors got ordered and a month or so later they arrived and were installed the next day. The crew from Presidential was professional and courteous. The door installation went quick and they cleaned up like they weren't even there. I am very pleased with my new doors."

"Very pleased with the new storm door. Interaction with the owner over the phone and via email was courteous and efficient. Installers were friendly and did excellent work. The door provided is high quality."

"My experience has exceeded my expectations. After a prompt response to my bid for a project, Noel reviewed the needs and started the next morning. He provided great counsel, solutions and completed the project in one day. We also had a faulty front door handle that he fixed without us asking. I would highly recommend FAMB Construction and we look forward to working with them again. - D. Smith, Bowie,MD."

"Sam was great. He measure door and frame gave me a reasonable quote and made sure I had knowledge about the door it self and the quality of product before further install and he gave me his business card before leaving."

"I was pleased with the initial contact by their sales rep. Not once was I told I needed to have both homeowner's at the appointment before they would offer us an estimate. During the appointment all product options were presented in detail. A written estimate was provided at this first meeting. Once accepted it was only a matter of a few days before I was contacted by the company owner, an appointment was set to measure the replacement windows/slider door and in approximately three weeks we had confirmation that our order was ready for installation.
The installation crew arrived on schedule, completed the work in a timely manner and left the home so clean one could not tell there  had been a crew of three working in the home.
A few hours after the work was completed, the business owner came to our home to inspect the work, answering any questions we might have and making sure the job met his high standards.
We would highly  recommend this company to anyone wanting to have replacement windows Simonton) installed . And I feel confident that they would have the same high standards for any of the other services they offer.  There is a high level of professionalism and one can tell the owner takes great pride in a job done well.

"It was indeed a hassle-free experience. From the rep who came to give me sliding door options, to the installation team , and the followup from the customer service department, I was impressed. I found exactly what I wanted for the door and the install went very smoothly. Since the door was too large to be brought up my steps they managed to bring it up ladders to the second floor. The job was efficiently and in no time the door was finished. They left my house clean and I truly could not be happier with the service."
