"Dan-Lar called the evening before the appointment and wanted to know if he could come by. He was coming from Baltimore to Hagerstown and I as on his way, so I agreed to his coming by. When he looked at my ramp, which is made of deck materials, he could not give me an estimate because he only does steel ramps. "We always get names of Pros recommended by Home Advisor and then select at least 3 to get competitive quotes. We had many different projects for a 1949 Cape Cod house we purchased in Hagerstown. We had Willoughby quote on all of them after we met with Alicia and Gerard and impressed by their experience and what they could offer. Hired them for painting interior, refinishing HW floors, and cleaning and painting basement and installing new basement windows. Get two more quotes for exterior work and driveway resurfacing.
