She had to research the project somewhat because the original fence rail manufacturer had gone out of business. After a number of email exchanges I picked up the rails today. <br /> The purchaser went the extra mile for us despite the markup on the product being fairly modest. They made it easy for me to resolve the issue for me and my neighbor. <br />"

Some screws were not cut off, ties not bent so they have rough edges sticking out, some of the fencing goes under instead of over the horizontal bars, one of the gates did not open properly without my husband's adjustment. No follow-up was ever made for satisfaction or correction. <br />"
