"Ave's Lock And Key answered my Angi's evening request the next morning at around 9AM. Avery recommended rekeying for changing 4 door locks and deadbolts. He arranged for Justin to arrive at 10AM. He explained and showed me the rekeying process and completed the work in around 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I enjoyed seeing the process and learning that it was most effective for our needs rather than buying all new locks. Avery and Justin knew immediately our needs and performed them well. I thought they were both professional regarding their work and very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend them highly to others."

"The work was excellent. Jaye is very professional and fair in his estimations. He has access to products that you won't find in the big box stores like the Decorative PVC exterior Columns he used to replace our rotting exterior overhang supports. His estimates are clear and you can easily understand the cost of labor and materials. His craftsmanship is top notch as was evidenced on the work he performed fixing our master shower which had been leaking for years because the initial installation was haphazard by using a shower door that leaked, and tile that allowed a grout line down the middle of the threshold. He was able to fix the tile around the shower threshold and recommended that we get a semiframeless shower door with adjustable mounts to accommodate houses which have less than plumb angles. He told me the brand of shower door we should look for and once installed the work commenced promptly and finished on time and within budget. Potomac Mechanical Contractors came out with a two man crew, diagnosed the pipe was sweated in from the outside so needed to find where it came into the house. Had to cut open a small piece of ceiling drywall in basement to locate pipe but was able to do so and replace with new faucet that is working great. Deal price via Angie's List was the price paid. Good, respectful workers and prompt response from company."
