He explained and showed me the rekeying process and completed the work in around 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I enjoyed seeing the process and learning that it was most effective for our needs rather than buying all new locks. Avery and Justin knew immediately our needs and performed them well. His craftsmanship is top notch as was evidenced on the work he performed fixing our master shower which had been leaking for years because the initial installation was haphazard by using a shower door that leaked, and tile that allowed a grout line down the middle of the threshold. He was able to fix the tile around the shower threshold and recommended that we get a semiframeless shower door with adjustable mounts to accommodate houses which have less than plumb angles. He told me the brand of shower door we should look for and once installed the work commenced promptly and finished on time and within budget. "I called several places (all found on Angie's List) and I was really disappointed in how much it would cost to have someone come out and then how little information the person answering the phone would give me about an approximate cost to get a capacitor replaced if that was indeed the culprit. One company quoted me and quot;anywhere from $130 to $287and quot; like that was a reasonable range. Anyway, I called A Advantage and the woman who answered was very helpful and told me exactly what to expect if the capacitor was broken. <br /> She did tell me she couldnt give me an estimate if something else was wrong because the technician would have to figure that out, and that was perfectly reasonable to me. The two technicians showed up on time and were very efficient. They were very honest and trustworthy about what was wrong with the unit (it was the capacitor). They let me know how old my unit was and that it was otherwise working fine, and they recommended I get yearly checkups. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes, the price was great (110 for the visit and 55 for the part), and I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know!"
