"The carpet looks great, tech was an issue, he was 45 minutes late, upon arrival requested use of my bathroom, then spent 15 minutes giving me his life story. Before I hired him I asked if he moved furniture as I am a senior citizen with serious back issues, and he assured me yes. He moved dining room chairs heavy ottoman and a coffee table. I sat outside while he was working and came into the house for a glass of water, found him sitting in my overstuffed chair, feet up on ottoman talking on the phone!!!! Asked him what he was doing and he replied talking to the love of my life! when it was time for him to leave he did not replace the chairs, and coffee table, told him he needed to do so and asked him why he did not do so, replied you did not tell me I needed to do that."

"While I know David was fairly quick and thorough, I am not sure if the fact that it was steam cleaning made the difference in the overall feeling it was clean. In the past I had another person who cleaned most of my carpets and there was more of a clean smell and he did add a deodorizer after he cleaned the carpets. So maybe that is the reason I didn't feel the carpets got as clean as possible. I know some were pretty dirty and maybe I expected too much. But as I said before, this was first time I had steam cleaning done."
