"Greg was recommended to us 4 years ago by friends who completed their entire home gut reno project including extensive painting, so when it was time for us to do the same, we took our friends' recommendation to call him and are so glad that we did! We've been working with Greg and his team for the past 4 years on other painting projects at our prior home, but most recently (and extensively), he and his team painted the entire interior of our new home, which included all walls, ceilings, new crown moulding and new baseboards, as well as brand new interior doors throughout the home that were spray painted. They also painted the interior of our garage. This project was complicated by the fact that many of the walls had wainscoting, so his team had an extra level of detail to account for. Additionally, they worked around the schedules of other contractors who were completing a gut renovation simultaneously in the house and to make it even a little more complicated, we were also living through the whole renovation as it was happening. Greg and his team were the consummate professionals, working with us on scheduling, proving to be flexible and accommodating to our ever changing needs. Their attention to detail is something we are so grateful for. Additionally, they are just the most pleasant people to have working in our home, which is something we don't take for granted. They're so professional, very easy to communicate with and fair with pricing. We have several smaller projects on the horizon and will have Greg back to complete the painting portion of all of them. We've recommended Greg to several friends and neighbors (the neighbors were very keen on knowing all about Greg as they were so impressed with the work as it was happening). "Casey and his team painted my sister’s home a few years back and she recommended him for the work I needed at my summer home in Indiana. He traveled for the estimate and we met for a walk through. I needed the whole house done and he took the time go through every area and explained exactly what he would be doing. We worked out a time table and he brought his crew back a week later to start. He and his crew could not have been more polite and professional throughout the process and they finished in 6 days. The finished product was awesome and they cleaned the entire house before they left. I would highly recommend Casey and his team to anyone looking for quality painting work. "I contacted High Quality Painting LLC to repaint my fence after severely neglecting it for many years. Most of the paint was already stripped or peeling away, and had been for years, so there was significant damage to the wood as well. They were very confident about identifying the damaged boards and replacing them as well. When they got started, they found quite a few more damaged boards, and ultimately replaced more than what was quoted at no charge. They also recommended I get the fence stained instead of repainted, which is something I had not considered, and am very glad they pointed me in that direction because I think it will help prevent many of the problems I had in the future and be much easier to maintain. The workers were professional and willing to show up on incredibly hot days in between the rainy days to get the work done. I brought up another issue with the gate of the fence rubbing when opened, and that was also fixed at no charge which I appreciated."

"TL Ryan is customer oriented.  Mixed reviews on the subcontractors hired to do the painting.  I hired this company for two separate jobs that totaled 9K.  Big investment - mixed results.  Main rooms (living, dining, first floor bedroom) turned out nicer than closets and upstairs bedrooms which showed sloppier work.  On the last day, during the walk through, one closet was overlooked and the painter rushed through it, resulting in a closet that was not primed properly so the original blue can be seen through the white.  Several closet shelves were also missed and again the rush job shows - poor brushwork, no priming.  They also did one coat of semi-gloss on the door trims (a second coat would have cost more money), and the quality of that job varies greatly.  First floor - neatly done; second floor, sloppy brushwork (I have to re-do myself and with carpal tunnel, that will not be fun).  They also left the house a mess - nails everywhere, wall plates on the floor, curtains in a pile on the sofa.  TL did most of the cleanup himself and replaced some missing wall plates at no cost.
For the second job (same house), I hired them to paint interior doors  - they charge for each side of the door (so one door is actually two doors for pricing purposes) - and paint drywall, and to repaint and re-tread steps.  Work was fine (a different subcontracting crew was used this time).  There were two incomplete areas:  I asked that the hinge footprint on the trim of a door that had been removed to be painted - this was not done.  In addition, they replaced treads on basement steps but did not tack them as they were directed (supposed to be eight tacks total - four across the top; four across the bottom - they only put four in the overall tread).  Interestingly, once I paid the final price, the normally responsive TL did not respond to my request to have these two final items fixed.  So again, I had to fix what was missed.
Both projects in the same home were to prepare for sale - so I hope to recoup these costs.   I would not use this company for the home where I live.  I think they are a little pricey because of the use of subcontractors and on balance a little too sloppy in areas that I would not want to look at every day (or have to re-do myself).

"Derik was very punctual about appointment, quoting and having the painting scheduled and completed His crew of 4 top notch professionals patched the walls, sanded the walls and ceilings in prep for painting. The crew worked as a team and completed the project in 1-1/2 days. The work was done to perfection with no stroke marks or paint gobs. They were very responsive to our requests. A pleasure to work with"

"Really good. We have used this company before and always use them because they do an excellent job and have reasonable prices. The estimator (Rafael?) showed up on time, very professional and gave advice on whether certain areas needed to be painted. Some areas he said were fine and didn't need paint, which I appreciate he wasn't trying to sell me more than I needed. Job was estimated to be 5-7 days, it took 6. The 2 painters who did the work were supposed to show up between 8 and 9 each day. They were there before 8:30 each day and working well before 9. They worked up until 5 or a little later to get a ceiling or a wall finished before leaving for the day. Seemed like they worked hard and put in full days, rather than drag it out an extra day. (Good because it's disruptive to have painters in the house, appreciate them working hard to get it done). They did an excellent job, kept everything clean. Nothing broken or spilled. They patched several nail holes and sanded down a couple of drywall seems that were showing age. Including the trim, doors and ceilings makes the rooms look like new! Love our home now. They offer a 30 day touchup which is nice. We only needed one tiny touch up on a trim piece, but when we scheduled it we also scheduled more painting of 3 doors. Once everything looks new you realize how bad the doors or walls are that you did not paint. Scheduling was great. Communication with the office was easy. They do a lot on line or through a link. Very very pleased with the work. Will hire again."
