I put my bath mat back in the tub and my chair and after a few weeks the paint began to chip. He told me that I would not be able to have anything in the tubas it would ruin the paint. After 3 years of renting my property to the same family of 4, the property looked dirty, walls had holes, closed doors were broken, kitchen cabinets were down , ect. Everything needed repairs... Erico and his team painted all the walls, repair wood doors, kitchen cabinet. Stairway railings, stucco and much more. Not only the work was done to surpass my expectations it was done on time.
