"Franks Construction is the finest contractor you’ll find in all Chicagoland! We had frozen & bursted pipes & suffered a great deal of flood damage. After recon we got multiple quotes from reputable companies & went with Franks. They provided the most aggressive quote, were incredibly understanding of the gravity of projects scope to drywall, paint, replace floorboards, carpet, finishing, and an exterior wall. It took a Herculean effort to complete in a timely manner, within our budget constraints, high quality materials, & freezing cold months.
