Their price was the most reasonable, they started when they said they would and had it not been for the rain, they would have finished on time. "I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."

"I reached out for an estimate this morning and they contacted me right away and set up an informative video call with Carlos. He took the time to fully explain the process and the importance of the great quality they provide and was able to provide me a quote by showing him my fence from the video call and answered all my questions and concerns. "they did an awesome job and the price was great, the only thing was they gave me a time frame when they were suppose to finish and it passed that date. communication is mostly through text but I did find a telephone number for them. also they measured using google maps and I had measured it 3x's and the person I spoke to said accuracy is 99% but they were short 3' of fence. I called the project manager and she was very nice and had the workers put me first before their next project. "
