I had them do landscaping back in April, (which was awesome), but after hiring a company that did a horrible job with my turf and pavers, I asked Chino if they could fix it. Yes! They fixed it. "This tree had grown to encompass the house and the street. Located in the small front yard, it had been bordering on problematic for some time. Previous prunings helped only temporarily. Curtis came out and we discussed removal of certain limbs to help, but then he found several rotted areas within the trunk due to the 2007 ice storm. So we decided to conduct a pre-emptive strike to avoid future problems. This was a huge job, involving the use of a crane and four days. Workers arrived and worked into the evening, even during the rain. All debris was removed and street and yard were completely cleaned up. Stump was ground. We would use Tip Top Tree in the future if needed. The work was done safely and efficiently."

"I was very happy with their service. When I originally called they got back to me within a day and set up a time for the estimate. We scheduled a time the same week. I was on a deadline by my HOA to remove the tree and they made sure to get it all done in time. It was about 2 weeks after the estimate. They removed the tree and came back and ground up the stump. "I called a couple times to make an appointment.  Though they didn't answer immediately, I did get a call back the next day.  I know everyone is trying to get their sprinkler systems adjusted right now, so I knew they would be busy.  Even with their busy schedule, I made an appointment for the next week for an irrigation tuneup. 

The crew showed up on time and got right to work.  I showed them my issues, and they found a few more.  The crew fixed everything, and my sprinkler system is finally working properly. 

They did quick work, proper adjustments, and even cleaned up more than I expected them to.  I liked their work and already scheduled another small landscaping job with them next week.  I'll update on their work after they complete the landscaping job.
