"Generally I was pleased with the performance of the company and the quality of the job, although I did experience some frustration. Although the weather report for the day showed a very low chance of rain, a massive freak rain storm occurred while the company was performing the job. At the time the storm occurred, they had removed the roof from my house, and had not installed the new roof. As a result, the interior of my house was exposed. I had a fair amount of water damage as a result. The company owner, Terry, was not on site during the job (which is pretty standard practice, per my research), but he came over immediately upon hearing about the situation. He took a look at the damage and agreed that his company should cover the cost of having the damage repaired. Terry found a local contractor to do the work. The quality of the repair work was great, and I am pleased with the repairs. It is worth noting that it took over a month to have the damage completely repaired. I was out of town on vacation for a week during this time, but I still would of liked to have the situation resolved a little faster. Overall, I do believe that other roofing companies would not have been as willing or cooperative to resolve this situation. The roof looks good and hasn't given me any problems so far. Dry Tech also offered a much better warranty on the labor than other contractors that considered. The price was fair, but not the cheapest I found. They seemed to replace a reasonable amount of wood roof decking, as well, so they didn't gouge me there. They charged 5 dollars a liner foot for 6 inch wide roof decking, and 10 dollar a liner foot for 12 inch wide decking. Turns out my house has 8 inch wide decking, so they had to use the 12 inch wide boards for most of the job, and charge me 10 dollars per foot. Other companies that I priced were cheaper in this regard. Overall, I was mostly pleased with my experience with Dry Tech."

"Working with HomeCraft was great! They came out quickly to give a quote, answered all our questions and were upfront about pricing. They weren't the cheapest quotes or most expensive quote, but their reputation and customer recommendations is what made us pick them. My day of install went smoothly, the team arrived promptly at 7am and completed my roof the same day. The team was kind, respectful and hard workers. The install team works really well together and was respectful of my landscaping and property. The clean-up crew was amazing!! They made sure there was no debris left behind and scanned the yard (front and back) for any potential nails. In all honesty we only found one nail they missed. They were amazing!!! The clean up crew actually came back after the dumpster was removed a to ensure there were no nails in the street! The project went exactly how Elliot said it would, teams arrives, does the tear off, roof inspection, plywood replacement (if any - we had 5 boards), roofing delivered, dumpster delivered, clean up, dumpster removed. We highly recommend using HomeCraft!"

"Oh my goodness! There are truly no words to convey how happy we are with our new shingles. Rob came out and met with us after we got estimates from three other companies. His knowledge, professionalism, and personality immediately helped us make up our minds to hire Politz Enterprises to replace our shingles on our home and detached garage. Rob was very attentive to helping us meet our timeline and explained the materials he would use and also explained their outstanding warranty. The crew he sent did an outstanding job at removing the old shingles, applying the new under-layment, installing the new drip edge, and finally applying the shingles. Despite how chilly it was in November, the men worked efficiently and did an outstanding job. They also did an excellent job at cleaning up once the job was complete. "After 18 years, my wife and I started to renovate our home. We met with several companies (one of them being Advance). Prices were comparable with all of them, but quality of materials were not. We preferred the options that Advance offered and felt they were the right company for the job. I have never been a fan of high pressure sales techniques, up-selling or salespersons who’s answers are all about getting you to sign the papers. Rob, Advance’s sales representative, we found to be very personable. It was his knowledge and truthful answers that were the deciding factor in why we chose Advance for our first major home improvement job. We were installing solar panels and wanted to have a new roof installed before the installation. The Advance roofing crew headed by Adrian, were all very professional, friendly, and worked extremely hard during the hot summer heat in July 2019. We were so impressed with the roofing job and crew, in early 2020 we decided to continue our relationship with Advance and met with Rob again for our second job. This time a new 8 foot front door with side lights, family room french door, large foyer window, master bedroom windows in the front of the house and some cedar impressions siding accents. We were very happy with the job and quality of the finished work that Steve and Calvin completed. Like most jobs there are small details that need to be adjusted and these were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction with our project manager Gary. In November 2020, we completed a third job with Advance in which we installed two more doors, windows, and additional cedar impression and board and batten siding. Most recently, we scheduled a fourth job for the Spring of 2021 to complete the remaining windows (I have over 40 windows in my home). I can not say enough about how much Advance has exceeded our expectations in every way—the quality of work, great crews and home office staff. They are friendly, requests and concerns are answered quickly by our Project Manger Gary and Sale Representative Rob. Based on the excellent rapport we have with the entire Advance team, we have decided to continue our relationship with them for all future home renovations, no need to look any further. We look forward to continuing our home projects with Advance, as we know it will be stress free."

"I could only afford the front gutter because I was having problems. The owner called me and I guess there was a misunderstanding between myself and the gentleman who gave me the initial estimate. He was under the impression that they did not do gutters. It turned out that they did do gutters and the owner made them come back out and do the job for free due to the misunderstanding. The owner's name was Keith and he made sure they did more than I originally asked for. They were very nice and I was really shocked that they would do something like that for me because I really needed it done. They repaired my soffits for me and they even re-attached the aluminum siding as well. They were very punctual, neat and nice."
