"Our house is over 120 years old. We hired Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof and reinforce the structure of the roof where there were some weaknesses. Over most of the house, Allstate replaced the shingles with a metal roof. A portion of the roof is flat and Allstate replaced the deteriorating rubber with an improved covering. The roof on the front porch was sagging, so Allstate deconstructed the roof and then rebuilt the roof with proper LVL beams to prevent sagging in the future. The roof over the main part of the house had sagged a bit over the 120+ years. We hired an engineer who recommended the addition of several collar ties and other supports. Allstate understood the engineers instructions and installed the supports. All of the work described above took less than one week. They hauled away all of the debris, and checked the work to ensure that it was done correctly and to contract. All of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and polite."

I was reached out to by Midwest Roof and after going over the project and the costs we entered an agreement. It took a couple weeks to get on the schedule, which is understandable. We had terrible weather for an entire week prior to our install. The guys were great. The salesman was always available during the initial contact phase through the final installation and final inspection. The roof was quite complex and the crew had it the old roof off by lunch time and the new installation completely installed by the end of the day.
