"Jeff and his 2 men were the nicest people, ever! Hard workers, knew what they were doing and did it perfectly! They should get a rating of A++++ They removed old thin wire from a Kentucky Board fence & replaced it with heavy duty black wire fencing. Big Job! Removed poorly built gates & replaced it one red cedar roll top gate, sturdier hinges and a hand opener that really works. Also, put in 6x6" treated pine posts 12 " in diameter and 32" deep in concrete footing. Also, lined the gate with metal bars for sturdiness. Fantastic!!! The clean up was perfect. The whole job was perfect. And they completed the job in one day - as promised!"

"David was the first to respond to 8 requests for fencing estimates. I wanted a company where I would meet the installer, not a salesperson. David provided a reasonable quote and was able to fit me in faster than I expected. He promptly responded to any questions. I just needed a partial fence as I have fences on either side of me. The job was completed in a day and turned out better than I had hoped. The fence looks great. David also offers a 3 year craftsmanship warranty, which was better than my other quotes. "After having these guys wash the outside of the office building where I work, I gave them a shot at my house. They washed the outside of my house and were able to remove about 4 years worth of algae and the house looks great again. Our deck was heavily neglected for about 7 years and they washed it, replaced some wood and made sure all of the nails and screws were tight. What a difference just washing it made. On the second day, they came back and sealed it after I had picked out a color. I had doubts as to how good it could look again because of being neglected for so long. "The work was performed between Sept 16-19 2019. Darryl and his crew arrived promptly at 8:30 on Sept 16 as planned. They pressure washed the entire house during the first day and began prepping the exterior wood for painting. They scraped, sanded and caulked the wood. Darryl pointed out several areas of rotted wood in addition to the ones I knew about; he repaired all of them under the original estimate. We chose the paint colors from the Sherwin Williams selection samples. Prep work continued throughout the second day while part of the crew began painting. Painting, prep work and wood repair continued through the third day. The fourth day was only for the final (second) coat in the areas still needing it. The crew was very polite and cleaned up at the end of everyday. They stored their ladders and equipment in a tidy area away from the house everyday. They arrived around 8:30 and worked until 4:00. "Update.  Within hours of my original posting below, I got a call from the owner who was clearly upset by the oversight and wanted to make it right.  Within a couple of days he was here applying the finishing touches and  refilling the holes.  I am now satisfied with the completion of the job.  ( Previous post: The initial walkway installation went well.  The only glitch was the owner never followed up to allow my wife to pick the color pavers she wanted.  Fortunately the ones his crew brought were OK with my wife.  We also got a quote for a second phase that was to include a rock creek bed plus drywells to deal with flooding in a part of our yard. Given the sidewalk was done in early Oct 2014, the part 2 would be in spring 2015.  To confirm the source of the flooding,  the owner suggested digging several deep holes that October which we agreed.  However later in 2014 we decided not to do phase 2. In spring 2015, I contacted the owner via email and asked them to come back to seal the new walkway and refill the holes.  That was in May/June.  I was told it would take a few weeks to get to us due to other jobs.   After 4 weeks and no crew or update, I called and was told "sorry, it's been crazy with all this rain.  I will have a crew there in two weeks".  Another 4 weeks passed, and when I contacted him a  third time, again I got more apologies and sorries and a promise to take care of it "right away"  That was mid-Aug.  It's now late Sept.  Now I'm forced to find some one else to clean up their incomplete job.)"
