Apparently they hire out movers and the two guys were good except for the grandfather clock that cracked on their truck. Mind you this was only a 15 minute drive for our move. They apologized and I spoke with James on the phone about the damage. He said send photos and information about the clock and he would send a claim form by email. Never again did I hear from him. I have attempted to send text and call and leave VM. I also called Felix and no one called me back. It?s been two months now since our move. Very disappointed in their follow up. I get that things can happen but be a good company and own up to at least offering some kind of compensation. "
