I had some doors that I needed hung, but my house is crooked and he went above and beyond to make sure they were right. Then he stayed extra to put on the handles, which wasn’t even part of the agreement. Not only that, but he made two trips out to my house because he needed to go back for a different tool which was my fault, not his, without charging me more. He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend.
