Hello! We are Footprints Floors Twin Cities, we serve the southern Twin Cities/St. Paul area. At Footprints Floors, we know that great impressions start with great floors! We offer flooring installation and refinishing services, in the Twin Cities and surrounding area, to help you get the perfect look for every room in your home. Because floors are all that we do... we do them best! With no no showrooms to maintain or products to sell, we can focus on you and provide you with the best craftsmanship for your home. "Pros: quickly completed the job, did come back and use a marker to fill in areas where stain was missed. (but missed many spots the first time around) Cons: did not show up for the consult on time, pushed our job back to a different day and notified us Friday prior to the Monday they were supposed to start. They did not lock out front door upon leaving, leaving us vulnerable to theft. Certain aspects asked for like filling in the gaps between board were NOT done, with no solution provided. When I didn?t respond to a text quickly enough they just stopped over to ?repair? the floor with a marker without scheduling a time, changing our entire plan for the day. Less than impressed."
