I was trying to be patient, but no one bothered to call back. The last time I called they informed me that I was on the list, but they would not be calling me to acknowledge that they had received my request. Basically, my complaint was not as important as the others. I said that was enough. I am not satisfied with their actions. Mr. Palmer and his crew did a fine job initially and were very nice. Now after the job is done and I am seeing leaks, they are not being responsive. I cannot paint inside my kitchen with the leaks. I would not recommend them to anybody. Mr. Palmer himself was professional, but the service I was getting from the people that answered the phones was unacceptable."
