"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "I read the other reviews and I am not sure what happened in their case but our experience was excellent. They have done 4 different jobs for my wife and I and we are thrilled. Our neighbor that had Integrity stamp and stain their porch referred us to them. I saw their porch on the web site. Any ways, we met with Chuck and Luke to show them all of our projects. They asked a lot of questions and measured every thing. They got back to us quickly and went through a very professional proposal. They even gave me my own folder to keep our papers in. They have been very good about returning our calls, even on some weekends if they were working. Luke seems to be the one answering most of the time but Chuck seems to catch the brunt when Luke is out. I would recommend them to any one looking for a fair deal done right.
