The tile work was beautiful and well done. The rebuild took a day less than we had planned. He even helped connect us with an electrician and repaired the cuts in the drywall done by the electrician. He and his team were amazingly nice. James went above and beyond. Will hire again for future jobs!"

"Jay was amazing ..he had to return to finish the job. My building had someone moving out and would not let us use the freight elevator . Granted I did not know that their would be a need for it,so I had to reschedule the work .The building can be very difficult for contractors not on the buildings preferred list. Jay did an amazing job on the doors even with constraints that were out of his control .The job was much better than I expected,very pleased .I will be requesting Jay for the installation of a tub & shower door.I have been using numerous contractors for renovation of our badly outdated Condo .it has been one nightmare after another ..Mr Handyman is so easy to work with .Scheduling is so easy . She is really positive & professional ( I should know her name but it escapes me) I If I had only known what an amazing job they do . "The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

"I hired Homecraft Builders to build a 16' x 22' custom deck. I interviewed and researched 5 other contractors and Homecraft Builders was definitely to best choice. Jeff spent time explaining the project. He had pictures of not only the finished project, but the underside of the decks showing the quality of the framing. We had it built so we could add a screened in room at a latter date. This is the most solid deck I have ever seen (including the 2 decks I built myself)! You could park a truck on it. The job was completed on April 10 and it only took them one week to complete. We had one minor miscommunication at the end of the project. They accidentally damaged some corner molding on the house. They were suppose to come back in a couple of weeks but it took a couple of months and few emails. Jeff thought his partner took care of it. The molding is replaced and the deck is great. I would definitely use Homecraft Builders for any future projects."

"Everything from the initial consultation to the final walk-through went as smoothly as could be. I still had the original 60 year old wooden windows, an original back door, and original gutters, and they were in very poor condition. I would get so much moisture on the inside of the windows in winter that I would have to go around with a towel to wipe off the windows and window sills ,not to mention that they were very drafty and hard to open and close properly. I met with Tony, who was great to work with. It was such a relief not to have a pushy sales person take up my whole night with a long aggressive sales pitch. Fast forward to the day of the installation...The windows & door were replaced in one day, and the gutters were replaced a few days later. The crew was courteous, clean and professional, and everything was cleaned up completely when they finished. I wasn't asked for the final payment until we did a walk through weeks later, with Howard, the Quality Control Supervisor, to look at the windows, the door, and gutters, and made sure there were no questions or concerns. As far as contractors go, Peak Custom Remodeling was a great find and very easy to work with. If I decide to replace any other doors, or the roof, or do any additional work on the house they will be the first company I call."

"They built us a 450 square foot TREX deck with a ramp from the garage and stairs down to the back yard. Our deck is approximately 10 feet above the ground.They are professional and personable. They did quality work and kept me informed of their schedule to include the inspectors schedule. The price was reasonable. We chose them to build our deck because they had done good work on replacing trim boards around windows, doors and garage doors and then painting trim work of entire outside of the house. They worked very closely with me to finalize the design prior to starting the building to ensure they understood what we wanted and made sure I understood any changes that had to be made to the design because of building code requirements. They also install a French patio door. We would definitely use them again."
