"Johnny called me same day, on the weekend and drove right over. He checked it out, told me what he thought was the cause, and then asked me when I was free to do the work. He ended up saving me about 800 dollars from a previous inspection because they (Not J&J Roofing) wanted to replace the whole side instead of the just the source of the leak. Johnny, then came over the NEXT morning on his day off to fix my roof because of my hectic schedule! He was very professional, punctual, and matter of fact. "Randy Hudson did a great job of repairing/replacing a rotted deck post on my dad?s deck.  He was very good at assessing the damage and work necessary to correct the problem.  He was good about explaining the process to us so everyone understood what was to be expected.  Randy was very friendly and completed the work as planned and scheduled.  He also did a great job of installing new lattice for the deck skirting as part of the project.  I thought the price charged was fair and reasonable and we have asked him to give us an estimate to pressure wash and paint the deck and other house trim.

"Skyline Design quoted replacing my entire HVAC system (Heat pump, propane Furnace). From selecting and ordering the new equipment, to install, everything was great. They gave me three options in equipment brands and outlined all the pros and cons for my wife and me to understand. They did the install in one day as promised. initially scheduling was a challenge, as Augusta Steam-it and I had to negotiate a time when they could paint and I could be at the site.  We eventually worked this out. 

Once that was settled Augusta Steam-it and Joe were prompt and efficient each day.  The work was completed on time, and Joe was responsive to a couple of items I identified or asked about.

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
