"This was the best experience with a company EVER!!! Very responsive, gave estimate, did not try to "upsell"; treated me as well as they would have their own mom! Unused, unnecessary materials were refunded in the final invoice; I did not have to pay for more than was necessary to facilitate the repairs. Also took advantage of roof maintenance, since it was offered to me at a reasonable price. Both services were done in a timely, clean, mannerly, professional manner. "Aaron is a star. After two supposedly professional roofers gave me ridiculous quotes and told me that even if I chose them to do the work, THEY WOULD NOT GUARANTEE IT! I read Arron's reviews and figured why not, what could I lose. Aaron was prompt, professional and took the time to explain everything. He said that my roof had minor, minor hail damage, and did not need to be fixed at all. Another company wanted to do a "maintenance" for me to the tune of $650.00 with no guarantee. Aaron told me that I have an asphalt roof and they don't need yearly maintenance. Aaron also told me that in 2-3 years, if no major storms hit before, I will probably have to replace my roof. A decent roofer who is honest and helpful. I wish I could make him number one on Angie's list. He deserves it. In 2-3 years I will call Aaron and have him replace my roof. I would be a fool to call anybody else!"

"My roof was leaking into my living room! I called Vertical Roofing at 2am, because I just didn't know what else to do. A guy named Brandon called me back 3 hours later. He came and patched the roof the same day. He didn't ask for a bill or a contract he just wanted to stop the leak. I was grateful that I offered him breakfast. The rest of the process was just fine. The final roof roof a few weeks to put on but, we were so impressed because this is clearly a company with people who take care of people."

"GREAT COMPANY! Green Knight just replaced our shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof. The longevity and attractive appearance of our new metal roof means we won't need to replace the roof on this house again, and it will increase the value when we sell. The company was thorough and professional from the first meeting to the final walkthrough. Brett took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us decide what would work best for us. He developed a clear statement of work, then reviewed it with us and answered all our questions to make sure we shared a clear understanding of what to expect. Throughout the project, we were always kept up to date regarding the status of the project (including delays and issues that inevitably pop up). Andres, the project manager provided regular (usually daily) updates which always included asking if we had any questions, problems or concerns. The Green Knight installation crew was great. They arrived on time, did their job in a very efficient, professional and courteous way, and left the site neat and clean at the end of each day. Their skill, craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing. Our job included a complex roof area that we knew from the start would be a challenge. It took a lot of work and re-work get it right, but they brought in their sheet metal Jedi to create custom sheet metal parts that enabled a solution we're very pleased with. At the end of the job, they did a thorough inspection and detailing, ensuring that everything was completely sealed, screw heads were painted and any scratches were repaired using paint from the panel manufacturer. Having witnessed the craftsmanship and attention to detail during the installation, we don't anticipate needing to take advantage of their 5 year workmanship warranty, but it's evidence of the company's passion for quality service and customer satisfaction. We're very happy that we decided to step up from shingles to a metal roof and that we selected Green Knight as our contractor."

"It went great. It only took about 3 days, but the crew led by Clay worked around our schedules to keep any interference to a minimum. Cleaned up completely when done and never new they were there. After several good rainfalls, it such a relief not to see the wet spots on our ceiling tiles. Best part is about 3-4 weeks later they sent our a roof engineer to inspect the work. He saw a couple of spots that need some work and sent the crew back out to complete the work. Great company and great service"
