They rebuilt the existing chimney replacing all the rotted wood and replaced the cap and completing it to look just like the original. They were careful to preserve the original siding so it could be reused and match the rest of the house. The team was very efficient and worked long hours to get the job completed before cold weather set in. They cleaned up every day so that there was no mess in the yard during construction. They used a frontloader as well as some hand-shovelling (near our garages) to clear a wider drive than a simple plow would have done and they were very careful to not disturb the driveway stone under the snow.
