They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. They were also a bit sloppy and got globs of concrete on the asphalt driveway that was left to dry."

Mike Mason blamed it on salt carried over from the street. He proposed that they clean and reapply a sealer on the driveway, at a cost of $1,200, and said it should prevent pitting for 3-4 years. We said if that was the case, the previous sealer must have been poorly applied, if at all. We requested that he clean and reseal on a discounted basis, for that reason. Then he ghosted us. I strongly recommend that you not use Mason’s Northside Concrete, because they misrepresent the quality and durability of their work, and do not stand behind it."

On July 26th, I was forced off the road by a driver in an Indiana Foundation Company vehicle (US DOT #1387693). The driver swerved into my lane, causing me to hit a curb and damage my car. I spoke with Pat Diehl, General Manager, who told me to email my information so their insurance could follow up. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I’ve received no response at all. Anytime it rained (a hard torrential rain), my basement would flood. I would have to pump out 2 to 2 1/2 inches of water. I originally had a door-to-door salesperson from EverDry who came to offer free inspections to everyone in the neighborhood. The price that I was quoted was very reasonable. The entire process took about 4 days, I believe. All of the workers were very polite and cleaned up any mess after the work was done. A sump pump (which required a new electrical outlet) was added, along with something called an EZ Breathe system (for my basement) was also added. I was very pleased with the work that was done.
