"Herb and Bob came to my home in a timely manner and went about their business for painting the kitchen cabinets and one small wall.  Also, while Herb did the interior Bob painted all the exterior trim.  They showed up on time, and did a wonderful job.  The neighbors complimented Bob as he was painting too.  Both were very professional and did not waste time or paint.  It all looks great.  Would recommend to anyone.

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"Bryan and his crew did a absolutely wonderful job on my floor! The house had been transformed! They where very easy to communicate and work with. They were on time, they got their work done very fast, cleaned up after themselves every day, and even stayed later the last day until everything was done so I could move in on time! I found it a huge benefit that they also do construction, I had them install a few things, and move electrical outlets. It was wonderful to have just one person to do everything for me. I highly recommend this company and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!"

"I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. Above all of what I wrote above, Charlie and the office staff are very organized people. Charlie was able to provide me with a lot of information about rebates, taxes etc… and Every bit of information I could want related to monitoring my system, working with Landmark construction & energy crew, maximizing the cost benefits, and getting my tax rebate, are all gathered and clearly labelled in a binder. Charlie knew how to explain everything about solar and I could see during our meetings how much patient he have. Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. I can't think of a contractor and I've worked with quite a few once in the past and for this project, I met with several ones as well and Landmark construction & energy crew is more reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented. "Gil did a great job. He replaced my roof on a Spanish Bungalow, the home is nearly 100 years old and had an old leaking roof. His quote was competitive, not the lowest but combined with the good reviews and a good first meeting I chose him. I also appreciated the details he provided and info in the quote. Some of the competing quotes were relatively vague as to what was included or not. There were several different roofing materials offered to me but Gil's option of Dibiten seemed like a good balance of quality and price. His warranty was very good. The work was done quickly, and they did an excellent job cleaning up every day, couldn't even tell I was having a new roof put on. Overall I would highly recommend Gil. Now just hope we get some rain so I can put this new roof to good use."

"Joshua is really thorough and professional.  He stuck to his start time and gave approximate end times that he delivered.  His quote was accurate.   He sent pictures, kept receipts and delivered what he said he would do.
We had two changes that needed to happen that required some added labor and materials, but Joshua was cool about it.  He even came on a saturday to do a final walk through.  Which I thought was very cool.  
The pergola went up quickly and was what I drew.  
The changes inside the house he did very clean and neat.  He had to cut back an archway and then replace some tile.
I have no hesitation recommending him or using him in the future.

I WILL NOW BE HIRING A LAWYER TO SUE THEM FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT...WEB SITES FOR REVIEWS WAY DIFFERENT ON SOME OTHER SITES.......I PLAN ON CONTACTING THE NEWS ALSO ABOUT VERENGO AND THE SCAM THEY ARE TRYING TO PULL ON ME.....TO GET OUT OF THEIR CONTRACT............................................"

"Very detail oriented. Ensured every part was fastened properly and methodically, that water would drain away from the house correctly, and the roof would was secure in case of earthquakes. Inspected overall condition of roof as well. Also took note of any future issues that may develop from weather/wear and tear with other structural parts of the home. Punctual for both consultation and for the day of work. Excellent value and would hire again for future roofing or contracting needs.
