"Extremely well! Professional and courteous but not at all "stuffy". Was always on time and really, couldn't do enough for you. He and his crew often told us that if anything wasn't right they would fix it. Chad always responded very quickly to any questions I had either by phone or email. As far as price is concerned, Chad the Painter wasn't the cheapest but cheapest isn't always the way to go. We hope to have his company back for some interior painting in the winter. Very refreshing!"

Greg gave us a competitive price and he, Candito, and their crew handled our rather complicated color scheme expertly. Everyone on crew was respectful and took great care to protect our brickwork, patio, driveway, etc. from any paint drops. They cleaned up after working every day, and finished the job in only 3 days (we thought it would take a week!). At the final walk through, there was not one place that needed to be touched up. "BM Custodio Painting and Construction did a fantastic job painting our 5000+ sq ft home from top to bottom!! We did our due diligence and met with several contractors on the same day to obtain quotes for our large painting project. First impressions were that Luis' company would be our top pick given he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with during our initial meeting.  Before deciding, we gathered all our quotes- BM Custodio sent their estimate back first- and we were pleasantly surprised that his price came in less than the other quotes we received. We contracted them to perform numerous drywall repairs and paint all 3 floors of our home to include ceilings, trim, walls, coffered ceilings, and doors in their entirety!! This was a big undertaking and they did a super job!! "Submitted request for exterior painting quote; received an immediate response & prompt visit to get two quotes. I was contemplating painting trim ONLY and our entire brick home. OSS's professionalism gave me much needed assurance they would do a great job. That confidence was extremely important because my husband was unaware that I would be painting our brick house grey - needless to say I was nervous. Husband came home that evening and LOVED IT! "Brad and his team team did a fantastic job. They repaired some wooden siding, and then painted the entire house exterior. He was competitive on price, honored the original quote even though the job turned out to be a little more than expected (I suspect), cleaned up every day, and took care of some problems that arose. Very easy to work with, and communications were prompt. I asked for the scrap wood siding to be left behind for me to burn in my fire pit, and his team cut it up in 16 inch segments. Totally unnecessary, but it’s the little things sometimes."
