"Justin Schmidt, project manager for the deck and patio, and Jonathan were the ones who started and completed our project of the deck and patio. They stuck it out to the end. They battled horribly muddy conditions and cold weather. I never got to meet the fence project manager. Justin was very professional and took the time to answer any of our questions. Jonathan, was very dedicated to the project. He even worked on Thanksgiving day! I happen to take a picture of the guys with my youngest. He's always curious about building. The crew was very patient and even managed to let my son (think) he was helping. Justin was very meticous about how things looked and made sure his crew all understood his expectations. Jessica and Joe are very upfront about their pricing. You can see the passion Joe has for outdoor space. You give him an idea and he runs with it. Jessica took the time to answer many of my questions and broke things down for me. Jennifer set the tone and the standard was upheld. Now we have a awesome looking deck, a patio and fence. The project itself took long while to complete, but the weather played a huge factor. I'll take this type of quality of work any day."

"I order 2 pieces of privacy fence for my porch in August 6. I went direct to the store. The sales guy there recommend a fence type that he said is the only one available right now if I want something done with in next month. This was the $100 sf fence. He mentioned that rest of the styles are back shedulled 3 months. After I order 3 weeks later they told me the fence is only available first week of November. I had no choice but to wait since I did like the fence. November show up and no fence available. The sales guy comunication was not the best. His only remark said is not here yet I will call you when is here. He didn't offer a traking info or anything else. I had to follow up evrey 2 weeks to get an answer. it supposed to be the other way. Finaly got my fence installed mid January 2021 about 6 months after purchased. Eads need to improve a lot in comunication and sales. The quality of instalation and quality of product is great. 5 stars to the instalation team. Juan and his helper was Adrian did there best . They did what I told them to do. They deliver a professional instalation. 1 star to comunication and sales. I don't want to put names there Eads know exactly who they are. Eads ig you wantto be a 5 star local company improve your comunication and refresh on the sale strategy.. Thank you."

"I had some damage and discoloration on my house due to ice damage that the insurance company did not cover. My house is a bi-level with an English Tudor front on it, It is also one of the largest bi-levels built in the early 80s <br /> <br /> Color Solutions presure washed the siding on the sides and back of the house. Then they painted the trip on the house, Painted the front Stucco, trim boards. They repaired the soffit that was damaged by ice and replaced the trip boards on the gable sides that were broken. They also added soffit vents to help with the air flow in the attic.  <br /> <br /> They were professional, on time, and did a great job, the cost was well below any competitive price that i had gotten. The owner Kevin, also made suggestions on a couple projects that i was going inside my house. These were unsolicited, we were just talking about different things. <br /> <br /> I would definatly suggest this company"

"Kendall and Joe are honest, timely, and communicative. I worked with the previous owner 3 years ago — and he was honest too. Despite the fact he underquoted us due to a mis-measure from someone on his team — he stood by the original quote, like an honest person. 3 years later, there was a wee problem with one of our gates, so we reached out to Kendall (who responded immediately), and Joe came back out within 48 hours and made it perfect -- totally free of charge! He just swung by and fixed it first thing in the morning. Again, this is particularly notable because at this point they had changed ownership, but they helped us out anyways. Anyways, based on my experience, I would recommend this company. They gave quality work — and just as important, they were upstanding citizens (which, I am finding, is increasingly rare)."
