"My husband and I are very pleased with the work that they did on painting the exterior of our 2-story home. Greg, the owner, was willing to listen to any suggestions or requests that we made, even after the initial quote. There was also some wood work that had to be performed and they did a fine job on that also. Sometimes the weather didn't always cooperate, but they started the job on a Thursday afternoon and finished up with a couple of touch-ups on the following Wednesday morning. I would recommend them to others. Nice job guys!"

FAQs for small projects painting or staining projects in Circleville, KS

You'll need about two gallons of paint to fully cover your kitchen cabinets with two coats. Since each gallon covers around 350 square feet, it's a good idea to measure your cabinets or use a paint calculator to determine exactly how much you'll need. Starting with one or two coats of primer and then applying two to three layers of paint will give you a flawless, durable finish. Using high-quality paint can reduce the number of coats needed and provide a long-lasting finish.

The best type of paint for your kitchen cabinets is latex paint because it applies evenly and creates a durable finish. If you're painting wood surfaces and need extra adhesion, acrylic paint is a great alternative. We don't recommend oil-based paint for residential use due to its VOC emissions. For finishes, go with eggshell, semi-gloss, gloss, or satin, as matte finishes aren't as durable or as easy to clean.

The best method for painting kitchen cabinets is spray painting because it gives you a smooth, even finish without brush strokes. While brushes and rollers can work, they often leave marks and require more effort. If you're aiming for a professional look, spray painting is your best bet to enhance the beauty and durability of your cabinets.
