"I like the fact that Fence Specialists returned my call when I first placed the call, they did come out and gave me an estimate. When they did book the job, they came out and got the work done in a very timely manner. we were held up to some extent by rains, they couldn't install the fence when it was bad weather. They did a very good job. I had neighbors who had kids that was toring the fence down on purpose and after they put the new fence up, the kids came out and took it down again but they back and repaired it, I thought that was great. I would recommend them to others."

"Called for business hours. Explained my needs. My dogs chewed the buckles off of the receiver collars. My husband took the receivers and damaged collars in. The damaged collars were replaced in a few minutes. Done deal. The most difficulty was deciding on the design of the new collars. I have used Pro Line many times and have directed several of my neighbors to them for their underground dog fence needs. I will most certainly use them in the future"

"Overall, the experience with the handoff from Jesse to Brian was smooth, and Brian and Steve (who tore down my old fence, rebuilt with 6' cedar shadowbox and added 2 gates on each side of the house) did a great job. They were prompt on arrival each time they said they would show up. The spent approx 5 hours tearing out the old section of fence and rebuilding. Upon completion, they hauled away all the debris and Brian offered to haul away a large pile of yard waste and brush we had built up in our early spring clean up. I would hire him again due to the work he did on my fence, as well as the reputation for the work with Morrison Fence."

"Ace Fence & Deck was the best fence company of many that I contacted. Jeremy came out for the initial estimate. Jeremy was punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful with determining how best to look at our current fence situation as well as future needs (access to alley, containing two crazy dogs, curb appeal, etc.). Jeremy was very honest about our job and its scale. It was a huge tear out and haul away job. Shortly after the initial estimate, the owner of Ace Fence & Deck contacted me. Mr. Bruno (the owner) wanted to come back out and have a look around with Jeremy to help ensure that I got exactly what I wanted and needed from their work in addition to figuring out the best way possible to achieve this. Mr. Bruno was always incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. Not only did he help figure out the best financial options for a large fencing project on our home, he also remained in personal contact with me throughout the pre-work phase when all of the financial logistics were being worked out. <br /> Once the project was started, Mr. Bruno and his employees stayed in contact with me regarding progress updates as well as finding some unexpected obstacles. The haul out of the old fence took only a couple days. Despite bad weather in February and illness on the employees' part, the fence was completely installed within 2 full weeks of starting. Mr. Bruno's employees kept me informed when they found unusual materials under the ground in the yard as well as buried conduits in the path of one of the fence sections. My yard was left in better shape than when the job was started. <br /> Throughout the entire project, it was clear that Mr. Bruno wanted to provide the best product for a fair price that would meet all of the current and futures needs as best as possible. "They came over and gave us an estimate for installing the fence.  We ended up not installing the fence because there is a coyote problem around our home and we have a small dog.  We thought the dog being outside alone would not be safe, so we received a partial refund."
