"Chad, my technician did a great job. The initial inspection and estimate was free of charge. Chad gave me a best case and worst case estimate. Fortunately, the clog turned out to be the best case scenario. He arrived within the estimated window provided when I called in during the weekend. Chad was very personable and got the job done. "Proposal was not clear. I had to review the scope of the job several times with Craig. Unfortunately, after the first day, I was told there would be additional charges for work he had performed that day. We negotiated to A mutually agreed compromise. Due to illness, there were several starts and stops along the way. Finally finished a few days later than expected. I was left with a big cleanup job in the basement. They swept, but not thoroughly and didn't cover a thing as they had promised. I would use them again but would be very clear on what I expected as a result and pricing"
