"It went very well. Hayden was very professional, timely, communicated well, and did an excellent job on our backyard deck. The deck needed cleaning up and staining. Over a couple of days, he power washed the deck well, let it dry thoroughly, sanded it and then stained it a redwood stain color we requested, that he provided. He was very pleasant, thorough and cleaned up the surrounding area after the job. The deck looks beautiful. I asked if he dealt with fences as well, and he indicated he does, so when ready, we will call on Ray’s Pressure Washing again! It will be soon!"

"I just had Elm Construction Services replace the roof on our new home. I have to say, I’m really impressed. We went with asphalt shingles and they look beautiful! What I loved most was how professional everyone was. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually cleaned up better than I expected - you’d never know they were even here. They were also super patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!). The quality of their work is top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things right, not just getting it done quickly. My neighbors have even commented on how great the roof looks. If you’re in the Lake Oswego or Portland area and need roofing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving Elm Construction Services a call. "We had Tony and his crew replace our deteriorating wood railing with a new metal rail. They also replaced and repaired parts of the decking, as needed. The whole proces was completed in less than 4 days, and ours is a large deck. They did an outstanding job. They were prompt, hard-working, efficient, and they completely cleaned up everything they did. They could not have been nicer. We were left with a beautiful rail and a deck that looks virtually new. The price was extremely reasonable. We simply could not have been more pleased."

"We hired in July 2023. In August of 2024 we had to have them come back to fix a problem that was initially discussed but yet not resolved. The work was resolved but looks terrible because this company doesn?t actually care. SLOPPY. Now here we are in June 2025 and we have issues with the deck falling apart and I?m sick to my stomach. I have to hire somebody else to take apart the entire deck because instead of using the proper size of boards they just shoved little buffer pieces on the slats and left. Absolutely disgusted. I hate leaving icky reviews but if this saves somebody else for falling victim to this shotty work? then it?s worth it. I wish I had recourse. "
