"We had a new gas furnace installed by RothHome. The install was really well done. It was an all day job. Workers were just great and I was able to ask questions about the installation. We had an air conditioner put it at same time the furnace was installed. After using the air conditioner for the summer we had our routine checkup for furnace and air conditioner. The worker that worked on our checkup noticed that the wiring looked like it melted the plastic at the terminal. He went back to the office and alerted the management of what he found. They came right out that day and rewired the condtioner. This company is really on top of things and no charge to fix the problem. I want to say the technician that found the problem was amazing to find this problem before it could have been worse. I need to mention his name as I was so impressed with his knowledge. "My wife and I moved into our home last Nov. We completed many renovations that included lots of dust and the vents and returns likely were never serviced, at least not for a LONG time. After an attempted bait and switch from a FaceBook solicitation, whom was going to WAY overcharge me, and I declined their service, I casually asked my HVAC guy for a recommendation. He said use Powervac, LLC. I had never heard of them, but trust my HVAC guy, so I called. My initial interaction with Mary was great. She was VERY kind, caring, and informative. They were booked out a couple of weeks (for obvious reasons). She had me scheduled out to 6/18 on the calendar and would call me if any cancellations. She ended up calling me 2x to move the date up and here it is 6/12 and the work is complete! It's really a cool process and the two technicians, Jason and Matt, worked hard, communicated very well, had a great sense of humor, and their teamwork was outstanding! Many companies have lost the art of Customer Service. PowerVac, LLC has not and in fact operates like a well oiled machine. Saved me $300 over the FaceBook ad. Highly recommend them!!!"
