"We had an awful experience with NYKB and the owner Perry. I would never recommend this company to anyone. From the deceptive initial contract, constant upcharging, horrible construction mistakes (such as tiling one bathroom wall three times), forgetting waterproofing, leaving a gaping hole in the concrete floor to the apartment below behind a wall, to our very unpleasant dealing with the owner when things go South and he tries to flip it and blame the client. Really? The sad part is that in NYC there are too many people that are unfamiliar with the construction process and he takes full advantage of them. Run, don't walk, away from this company!"
