"Very well technician came to original residence and checked system finding out it really didn't need cleaning and was very honest said it wold be waste of money instead if cleaning this residence he offered to clean another residence where he did a Excellent job explaining everything and leaving residence with a nice clean smell. "Their two man crew arrived on time and got started right away. I prepared all the vents and returns which helped get the process started quickly. I took about two and one half hours and they did have to make a number of circular holes in our main duct which were covered with a larger square piece of metal. All the vents were cleaned and sanitized and they also cleaned the furnace blower. Our biggest problem was the dryer vent which they cleaned from both ends because of the length and it blew out quite a bit on the back end. We were very pleased and have noticed a big improvement in our furnace performance and air flow. We would definitely recommend this company. <br />"
