"When I set up this with the owner, he told me that they would flush out the downspouts when cleaning the gutters. In fact, I asked the owner if they would need my hose, he said do not worry about it, we bring our own hoses. But they were not flushed out, I asked the workers twice about this, and was told do no;t worry about it the downspouts are clear. But I would not know this to be true until it rains."
